The most striking thing about this is the water like reflections and distortions. I'm not sure what it is that I'm looking at, but that's okay because it would probably detract from the image's over all impact if I could tell.

I'm just going to refer to everything as colours for this.
I like how the red is penetrating the white and blue. It's particularly striking because it just gets in there and invades the other two colours. The white and blue have this really wonderful ripple effect which complements and accommodates the straight lines of the red.

The only thing I can think of which could possibly improve the over all image, might be to crop the top centimeter of the image. I have the feeling that the top detracts a little. All the action is at the bottom and it's a very busy image, and the top is busy too, just not as busy.
